What are Mindfulness and Wellness Online Support Groups?
Mindfulness and Wellness Support groups are online communities of people just like you who are supporting each other as they embark upon their own Mindfulness journeys. There are groups for primary school teachers, secondary school teachers, separated people, the retired community and so on. In joining a group you will be given content that you are asked to practice (a little often). 
How does it work ?
The groups are run on our Wellness smartphone app. Each challenge will have particular content and provide access to an online community of like minded participants that is specific to your goal.

Current Groups
Mindfulness on the Move Support Group
Aimed at
This group is aimed at people who are constantly on the move, people who commute frequently by train or bus or office workers who can spare a few minutes a day (perhaps at lunch time) to engage with the group content and the meditation practices. This community will help you build up the habit of a daily mindfulness  thereby enabling you to enjoy all the benefits that Mindfulness brings.

Mindfulness for Primary School Teachers Support Group
Aimed at
This group is aimed at primary school teachers who wish to improve their Mindfulness Skills. It is really only in embodying Mindfulness can we  impart it to younger children. The group is composed of other Primary school teachers thereby giving you all the chance to share ideas and techniques that have worked for you in your classroom.
Mindfulness for the Hard of Hearing Support Group
Aimed at
This group is aimed at those who are hard of hearing. While the content in the group is similar to Mindfulness on the Move, the meditation platform has been especially tailored for those who are hard of hearing. Coupled with this the discussion forum and community allows you to speak and communicate with like minded mindfulness challenges participants who are interested in bringing Mindfulness and all it's benefits into their daily lives.

Mindfulness for Separation Support Group
Aimed at
This group is aimed at people who are either separated or going through separation or divorce. The content in the group is geared towards bringing people who are in the same situation together and as a collective community moving forward in learning how mindfulness can benefit them with their lives.

Mindfulness for Retirement Support Group
Aimed at
This group is aimed at people who are either close to retirement or are currently in active retirement. Again, as in the other groups the aim is to bring people who are in similar situations together and to practice as a group in learning the benefits of mindfulness.
